Features

- Large (.56” high), easy to read LED display. Two set points (heating and cooling). Provides precise control for consistent plating and etch rates in most aqueous processes

- NEMA 1, IP21, flame retardant and gasketed plastic enclosure with stainless steel hardware

- 20°F(-7°C) to 140°F(60°C) ambient temperature range

- Single phase only

- Fluoropolymer (FEP) covered 10-foot (3m), 1000- ohm platinum RTD sensor included standard with the control. Provides extended service in corrosive liquids and can be lengthened with ordinary copper wire

- Single pole, double throw switch rated at 15-amps for either 120 or 240 volts. *12 amp full load max if operating a heater with a thermal protector.

- ±.25% full span, single digit accuracy

Provides precise digital control for consistent plating and etch rates in most aqueous processes. Large (.56” high), easy to read LED display. Two set points (heating and cooling). Fluoropolymer (FEP) covered 10-foot (3m), 1000-ohm platinum RTD sensor included standard with the control. Vapor resistant, NEMA 1, IP21, gasketed 1/4 DIN plastic enclosure with stainless steel hardware. Up to 15 amps. 600 volts. Single or three phase. Adjustable temperature range from -40°F (-40°C) to 1000°F (538°C)

Options: Scalable voltage and current inputs. 4-20 mA outputs for process recording. Special sensors required for temperatures above 500°F(260°C). Three wire 100-ohm RTD sensors. 25-foot (7.6m) and 50-foot (15.2m) sensors.Adapter panels for control retrofits. V option - 6 inch (152.4mm) x 6 inch (152.4mm) enclosure.

Safety: Non-volatile memory. Programmable high alarm shutdown. Sensor short and break protection. Security code restricted menu. Programmable high set point limit.
