Features

- Non-metallic solution contact, Easy servicing without tools construction. Chambers are available in translucent PVC, PVC, or FRP (fiberglass reinforced polyethylene) shell, in sizes from 0.15 to 15 cubic feet of resin. Built-in strainers help prevent resin migration.

Precious Metal Recovery - These resin systems can recover gold and other metals from plating operations easily and economically. Select the proper resin for gold recovery from acid or cyanide rinse water. Depth of resin column assures good solution contact for maximum metal recovery. Gold is recovered by incinerating the resin. Units have early payback; one cubic foot of resin can retain 70 to 100 troy ounces of gold. Heavy Metal Removal / Recovery - Recover heavy metals from metal finishing rinse water and printed circuit board manufacturing. Effluent is suitable for discharge or bath replenishment. Concentrated regenerate can be chemically treated for disposal or possible recovery. Water Purification - Units provide high quality deionized water when fi lled with a strong base mixed-bed resin. Product water is low in dissolved solids, CO₂ and silica, with a resistivity of 10MΩ or higher. Resin has built-in resistance color indicator, changing from purple to golden brown to indicate resin exhaustion.
